Meet Anya and Isha the kittens born without eyes. they are roughly about 6 months old now and we adopted them just about 3 days ago. I'm so glad we were chosen to take care of these precious babies. they don't let having no eyes slow them down one bit and they are adapting very quickly to their new environment.

SchnoodleDoodleDo >'They really are very beautiful and those little faces made us fall in love with them" Forever in the darkness most cats only see at night no eyes to see the sun that shines, or any kind of light In yet we have a human friend who loves us as we are he tells us that we're beautiful ~ we're better off by far ^;} ^^;} we'll never know what we can't see, n so it matters not! we know we have each other, n we're glad for what we got we hear their voice, n feel their touch, it's all

MatthewKvatch Do they instinctively stay close to each other?

PhishMarket420 Original Poster's Reply They definitely stick together a lot, we put little bells on their collars so they could easily find each other. I'm really glad we ended up getting both of them

Perfecshionism I had a eyeless cat for 12 years. was Radar. He was amazing. His name He could not only sense there was sunlight hitting a rafter through a small portal window in a house with vaulted ceilings; he figured out a way to get to it so he could lay in the sun. He climbed up on the trash can, then the counter. Walked along the U shaped counter to the refrigerator. Jumped on op of the refrigerator. Jumped for the top of the refrigerator to the top of the cupboards. Walked around the U ki

PhishMarket420 Original Poster's Reply That is absolutely amazing! It's so crazy how adaptable they become and how much the other senses take over and become almost super power like, it's so fun watching them navigate and figure things out!

QualityOverQuant Gorgeous. How did they survive for 6 months? And how have you helped them adapt. I know cats lose vision as they get old. And was wondering how you help them

PhishMarket420 Original Poster's Reply There was a local adoption agency that specializes in taking in disabled animals. They found these two along with two other kittens that were born without eyes. They had all the proper veterinarian work done for them and had surgery to close the eyes sockets to help fight possible infections. The other two kittens got adopted out and these two were the only ones left, my girlfriend found a Facebook post for them to be adopted out and we both pretty much imm
